I love libraries!

I think libraries are about the most resourceful places in the world. Seriously. And the librarians that work there must be absolutely brilliant because they can locate just about anything!
Okay, I've felt this way about libraries in the past for many reasons but today there's a book I want that my local library does not have. I did locate the book at a university about 35 miles away. Logically, to obtain access to this book, you'd think I'd have to drive the 35 miles to the university in the winter snow, buy the $15 patron card, borrow the book under normal rental time and then drive back the 35 miles to return the book when I was finished. Oh no! Not with my local library! All I had to do was place a phonecall to them, use their inter-library loan service and they bring the book to my local library, free of charge! How excellent is that! How can anyone NOT love the library!?
Therefore, this post is dedicated with gratitude to the wonderful public libraries nation-wide and all of its wonderfully brilliant librarians. I love what you do!
