So, of course I want to mention that in the midst of my anger and hatred and pure rage yesterday, I felt the urge to read my Bible. Funny, the passage for the day was John 8:2-11; your homework is to read this text and ponder what it's saying to you.
In light of my situation, I was amazed by Christ's truth in the face of the Pharisees who were living under their perfect Christian mentality. I felt strongly for the woman who was forced to stand in front of the group, labeled. I was struck by Christ's love and simplicity while shocked by the seemingly impossible command he gave to the woman.
Above all, I learned from these verses, about myself and humanity and Christ. I hope you can learn something, too.
