Welcome to the new year! I'm looking forward to lots of new and life-changing opportunities in 2008 and am somewhat excited and apprehensive to see how the year unfolds.
Initially, there was a pleasant surprise to the new year. In my previous post I wrote that 6 months worth of RhondaSues were lost due to a downed server; however, upon perusing the link "All of Rhonda's musings" I discovered that all the writings were indeed there! I was amazed and incredulous. Upon telling my husband, he recalled that he had managed to pull them up from somewhere at some point - apparently, both of us had forgotten or missed the reality entirely. Currently, I'm printing up the once-lost-and-now-found thoughts from on campus; I'm allotted an insane amount of printable pages each semester at the computer lab and I have yet to use all of them (a perk I do pay for). Seems like a dandy enough reason to print them up!
And, as quickly as possible, I'm heading back outside. Today, January 7th, 2008, is pushing 70 degrees! I think it's more like 65 but the last record was set in 1930; I'm still soaking up as much as I can. I'll be in touch.
